We are looking for a highly analytical and experienced digital marketing professional to lead our global marketing acquisition efforts to drive new accounts and revenue growth for FOREX.com, GAIN Capital’s globally-recognized, award-winning service for retail traders. As Director of Acquisition Marketing, you will oversee all digital acquisition efforts and be responsible for acquisition targets and KPIs such as new funded accounts, cost per account, (CPA) and improvement of ROI by channel and marketing campaign.
 
Key Responsibilities
 

  • Responsible for a multi-million dollar annual budget, including the management of monthly spend, setting annual KPI and targets, quarterly forecasting against acquisition and revenue goals, and weekly/monthly reporting
  • Collaborate with brand marketing and other cross-functional teams for campaign development & execution
  • Work closely with our in-house media team to identify new sources of customer acquisition, scoping out new areas to increase marketing spend efficiency, and defining the focus for testing/analysis/experimentation across all channels
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and evaluation of all internal and external resources required to deliver on the acquisition marketing strategy, including agency briefing, contract negotiations, target/KPI setting and evaluation, reporting, and relationship management
  • Manage all client acquisition touch-points across all device platforms in a structured and measurable manner by collaborating with global stakeholders including; performance media, client management, sales, customer experience, customer lifecycle management, onboarding, etc.
  • Drive optimization efforts across all channels to improve results and ROI, including multivariate, A/B and offer testing
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign and acquisition success against targets
 
 
Skills & Experience Required
 
  • Minimum of 7 years digital marketing experience
  • Highly numerate and analytical, with the ability to analyze/synthesize complex data and utilize it to develop strategic initiatives
  • Deep understanding of marketing attribution modeling, as well as a core understanding of how different marketing channels complement each other
  • Demonstrated cohesive end-to-end thinking in defining, creating and executing marketing campaigns
  • Very strong execution skills and ability to drive tight project management
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast changing environment with a strong attention to detail, communicate effectively and work well in a cross functional environment
  • A questioning, curious mind with a desire to continuously improve status quo
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
