 Role Summary
 
If you are a results-driven marketer with superior attention to detail, great communication skills (both verbal and written), and are excited to get into the nitty-gritty of campaign execution – this role is for you.
We are looking for a highly analytical digital marketer to help execute on our global marketing acquisition efforts for FOREX.com, GAIN Capital’s globally-recognized, award-winning service for retail traders.  In this role, you will play a key role in driving new accounts and revenue growth through the execution and management of customer acquisition strategies across paid search, paid social, display, organic search, and affiliates channels.  Reporting to the Director, Acquisition Marketing, you will be measured on your ability to deliver on our acquisition targets and conversion metrics such as new submitted and approved applications, funded accounts, cost per account, (CPA) and improvement of ROI by channel and marketing campaigns
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Management of client acquisition activities that drive greater engagement with the brand, site visits and improve conversion rates throughout the defined and agreed acquisition user journeys.
  • Manage the development and execution of campaigns to meet marketing calendar requirements
  • Lead testing strategy across major acquisition channels including search, display & social
  • Develop A/B & multivariate testing on campaigns to optimize performance
  • Partner with the creative team to generate new content and creative treatments
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition.
  • Work with marketing insights, digital media, and acquisitions team to develop frame work to identify, monitor and report on key KPIs
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance
 
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required
 
  • 3+ years’ experience in B2C digital marketing with focus on driving execution of lead generation and conversion
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience with Adwords and Facebook Editor
  • Experience with Optimizely or other A/B testing tool a plus
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with simple data to analyze performance and lift in campaigns
  • Understanding of key industry metrics (CTR, CPC, CVR, etc.) and variables (Quality Score) and the ability to recognize how they might impact the business
  • Self-starter with excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong writing skills – the ability to write accurate campaign briefs and where required campaign content
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and to prioritize effectively
  • Contribute to a team culture of testing, optimizing, and continually improving
